A while ago I got to try honeycomb at a restaurant and it was the most amazing thing ever. It was a small thing on a cheese plate. When I saw it for like $7 at Publix I jumped on it despite the price. You only eat a tiny amount at a time though, like here. It is so, sooo good. Not everyone eats the wax but I do because I like waxy things like the rinds of some cheeses (edible ones of course.)
