I’ve had this in my drafts for a while, but been too busy to post it. I got a wonderful birthday package the other day, from my friend Kitty! It was full of wonderful things:
A card clearly picked for me since I love colorful things and I LOVE dinosaurs… a gorgeous badge with very loving little nods to things I love, drawn by Kitty herself of course. Photos of Kitty’s new ratties and her cat too. But the very best part was the snail embroidery she made.
I just can’t get over how much that made me smile (I actually cried… it had been an overwhelming week, and that last bit of something so sweet and so lovingly made, was a strong reminder that I have good things and good people in my life that care about me.)

I put it all on my corkboard. I can see it all while I work and it really makes me smile!

It really is, I love the embroidery most of all though, it’s so unique! And thank you. I made one more header today, for news. I think that’s all the headers I’m making. It was fun!
