To make up for my missed rides this week and give myself something to be proud of, I decided to go for 20 miles today –and made it! I’m so satisfied with myself, but also in a lot of pain… ๐Ÿ˜…

I felt I should include this somewhere, though it’s super TMI, but I need a record of it where I keep all this info. Perhaps 20 miles was a bit too much, but I experienced some spotting after this ride, and I’m nowhere near my period. I really want to ride again tomorrow (much less… maybe six miles) but perhaps it is better I let my body rest a day. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ
