Over the past two days I’ve done a ridiculous amount of cleaning (dusting, cleaning the porch, vacuuming the upstairs three times and deep-cleaning the rugs and stairs, cleaning three bathrooms, mopping all the hardwood floors… it goes on and on) and I expect that I burned more calories this way than bike riding or walking do. However, since it’s not easy to track that very accurately, I didn’t. But I did want to make a note that I burned a fairly significant amount of calories.
