Fitness Log 5/31 ๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿ’ข

Today is a little infuriating because I did go on my exercise bike in addition to the walks below, and I went at it harder than usual, so my time, speed, etc were not as other times. But I accidentally pressed the reset button when I was almost done, so I ragequit a few minutes sooner than I normally would have.

Being able to track the ride is my most immediate and rewarding motivation. ๐Ÿ˜“ The last calories burned I saw on the screen were 125, so I’ll be substracting that, in addition to the below.
